Stay away from this company.Big zero for honesty.
This is an email that I have sent them and it speaks for itself after they tried to charge me.
"Hi there.
I spoke to your office a couple of weeks ago, advising them that I didn't believe that the unit was correctly diagnosed, quoting: "Work performed: attend site - inspect air conditioner in lounge room - found condenser fan motor not starting - found faulty compressor - outdoor PCB board - recommend replacing unit with a new 9 kw air conditioner - quote to follow."
