Yesterday Anelia and Doug provided a first class service in treating our new house purchase before we moved in. They arrived on time, inspected the areas to be treated to understand what 'pests' we were looking to eliminate and then thoroughly treated the property inside and outside. They were very meticulous ensuring all areas were treated (downpipes / eaves / storage areas / entrances / garden play areas etc) and very professional. Once finished they provided clear advice as to leaving the treated areas for a period of time to ensure the treatment remained effective i.e. no mopping for at least

We are more than happy to recommend Doug from Pest-Zap. We had a problem with black ants inside our house. The problem had been slowly worsening over a number of years and, despite using a large well-known pest control company, we were not seeing results.
We decided to try a different approach and, after reading other positive reviews, contacted Doug. On his first visit to our house he discovered an extremely large ant nest in the bathroom wall cavity. He destroyed the next and we have not had a problem since.

THE BUG STOPS HERE!! Very true !!
House infested with ants as per photos attached, we got home and saw black spots on the outside of our home

I contacted Doug recently to have an end of lease flea treatment completed in my small flat. He completed the job in a timely manor, was professional, friendly, easy to deal with, explained the job to me clearly and provided me with a certificate that I could provide to my real estate agent to prove the treatment had been done.
