They identified an alternative solution that was significantly more cost effective for us at the expense of their own business. We recently had ducted air installed by Sackett Services. They did a great job with the installation. We have found them to be very professional and prompt in answering any questions that came up prior to committing to engaging their services. The guys that did the install were equally professional. The unit currently is functioning great and we are very pleased.

I've purchased two products this year (a heat pump and a hot water system) from Sackett Services and can highly recommend them.
When my hot water system stopped working Michael sent someone around the next day to replace it. He recommended a super-efficient Sanden heat pump hot water system to replace my electric storage and I'm really happy he did as I've just had my first Auroral bill since it was installed - 3 months over winter was only $368 - nearly half what it would normally be!
