Having enlisted ALL-U-NEED PEST CONTROL's service for numerous years, they have never been on time. This year, I waited one and a half hours for them to turn up and worried that I would have to wait another hour, I called them up to make sure the technician was on his way. I was appalled to be told they did not book me in at all eventhough I made the appointment more than a week before. Vanessa's words "you're all booked in!" prior to locking in the appointment was reassuring. Alas, Vicki's words "There's nothing we can do." after breaking the news to me. Spoke to a “spray technician”? a couple weeks back, while he was fumigating my neighbours property. The guy didn’t seem the full quid and was quite strange and awkward. To be honest he seemed like he was high on drugs.
Regardless i phoned the number on the car and spoke to a lovely lady who was kind and informative, and was a pleasure to deal with. We booked in a 2pm slot, for a full inside and outside fumigation for

I had a general pest and termite treatment done by these guys and would not recommend their services. They were 4 hours late without an apology after attending the wrong house and then the job they did do was inadequate as only a few weeks later live termites were found in the house and on the property and had caused damage.
As a result they told me they couldn't/wouldn't attend for over a week so in the meantime I got another company to go and give a treatment that killed the live termites and put a barrier up that will last longer then the one all u need did.
After all this they still chased

My Wife was hanging out washing and unbeknownst to us "All u Need" was spraying next door when a stream of poison came over the fence wetting my Wife and the washing. When approached the operator had no safety data sheet, no recommendations on what to do in the case of soaking someone with the poison. Upon calling their Company I was promised a Safety Data sheet about the poison and what to do, but, they never sent it.
This was not an overspray but a solid steam that soaked her shirt and head.
The operator insisted the poison was similar to the contents of fly spray cans, but I responded that

These guys have been looking after our house for around 15 years. There's never any complaints from them despite my never quite being ready for the outdoor spray :-) They always do a thorough job, turn up on-time, tidy, polite, good info about the process/chemicals etc. Friendly/helpful operatives, very happy with the job they do. Highly recommend them if you're looking for someone to protect your home.

What a wonderful 'old fashioned' business to deal with, where the customer is the main priority. What a refreshing change. Nothing is a bother, no matter how big or small. From the beginning the sales person was very reassuring. Speaking to the office is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The Technicians area professional, prompt, and very friendly people. Even accounts for queries was so easy and no issues. I could not believe their easy terms of payment too. Wow, an 'old fashioned' business alive and well & providing the best of customer service I have had in a very long time

Professional, courteous, on time and went above and beyond on the job.
They were commissioned to remove a small wasp nest... turns out it was two huge ones. They still did it for the same price and even sprayed a few… other areas of the house at no extra charge because they could see it would become a problem later.
Hard to get proactive service like that these days.
They were better priced than others I called, friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommended

Terrible service! Initial pest spray didn't work with spiders and cockroaches still present in the home. Called to arrange follow up spray (which is free within 12 months on initial spray) only to have the company cancel 3 times over the last month and then not show up at the allocated time today. We have told them to forget it as we no longer want anything to do with their business. Admin staff are friendly enough but the service is just not there. Would definitely not recommend and would never use them again.
