Our folio includes a vast and diverse range of projects for public and private educational institutions, commercial, residential and master planning projects. Our education projects range from university facilities to child-care centres and, more recently, schools under the BER program. Our depth of experience enables us to identify highly cost effective, environmentally sensible, functional and visually appealing designs.
Services
The Robb College Student Accommodation redevelopment consists of 208 student rooms and facilities and is situated within the University of New England's Campus in Armidale. The design will maintain the integrity of the existing built form complementing the existing Dining Hall by using similar materials and colour.
This Master Plan will incorporate the College's ten year plan with the integration of specialist retail, medical/dental facilities and residences for the immediate community at large. The streetscape within is intended to be an active pedestrian orientated environment with its central axis connectivity, facilitating a high quality public life and encourage social interaction.
Griffith University required a new Administration Headquarters Building to accommodate the University Vice Chancellor, Senate and Administration Staff. Csarchitects' design provided a visually strong architectural design that reflects the building's function and relationship to the campus. The design features a formal front door and a symbolic balcony for the Senate, overlooking the main arrival space of the university.
The architecturally designed developments incorporates a 100 room serviced apartment hotel with restaurants, retail and conference facilities. The residential mix provides 150 two and three bedroom apartments on a 4.5ha site on the waterfront in Mackay. The Beach Mackay will add a new dimension to residential living in the Mackay area.
The architecturally designed development incorporates 140 serviced apartments with restaurants, retail, conference and function facilities for 500 people, managed by a globally recognised brand. The residential mix provides 47 three- and four-bedroom luxury apartments and 54 one- and two-bedroom apartments in addition to 10 premises for boutique retail shops or dining.
