My wife and have just had Solar panels put on our roof. From the time we walked in to NHC we were met by Bryce and Maria in a very professional manner. We had a quote at the end of the same day. Were pleased with price and signed up the next day. We never had to do another thing until the panels had been installed.Bryce and Maria were very knowledgable also made us feel very welcome.When the team arrived to install the panels they were great. Brendan Westley was a absolute pleasure to deal with. Within 24 hrs of being told our ducted heater need to be replaced we had a new one installed. Heater, not installed correctly. Numerous attempts by service guys to rectify, but not solved. Needed to be removed and re installed. Still makes irritating noise. Surprise surprise NHC don't send those irritating letters every year about servicing. Also got a/c at same time as heater, cooling worked over summer, but heating hadn't been hooked up. Be very careful selecting NHC, they will not see another $ from me.

Replaced a broken gas central heater with a new 7 stars rated unit. Had to wait in the installation queue for 1 month (unfortunately during our coldest spell of weather) which was extremely uncomfortable. The installation was eventually done a day later than scheduled, due to staffing issues, however the new unit was installed in 2 3/4 hours and it was very well done.
