I paid upfront $690 for a vacate and steam clean 3 x carpet bedrooms. When I inspected the clean I was very disappointed. Areas were not done and some of the areas that were done appeared dirty from what I can say is like been wiped over with a dirty rag and the floors looked like they had been mopped over by a dirty mop, absolutely disgusting. No light fittings cleaned, door tracks not cleaned. Benches left dirty, splash back and mirrors smudged so much more just wish I could add photos.
I now see why they want payment upfront because not a chance I would have payed for that “clean”

Definitely don't use this company for your vacate clean. Property manager went through unit for final inspection and found that the oven wasn't cleaned, tables were not wiped, dusting not undertaken and balcony not swept. They will tell you they do all this cleaning and send a team, but only send one individual and leave with the job not done. As a result, the property manager is sending in another company to finish the half-finished job at my additional expense. Manager is unresponsive in follow-up emails to finish job. Don't hire this company unless you want to throw away your bond/security deposit

I felt as though I should write a review, as I booked this service for a 2x2 apartment with full carpet cleaning service and paid extra for a microwave clean and an outdoor balcony clean and mop, I found their prices to be competitive and I liked how detailed they were in terms of listing exactly what was and what wasn't included. In the lead up to our clean I became nervous after reading all these reviews of how terrible they were and how nothing was cleaned and what a bad job they did :/ I also booked the service on a Monday and was told I wouldn't get assigned anyone until the Sunday before

WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not book this. My partner and I paid over $500 for an End of Lease Cleaning Service. What a stuff around. There was not enough cleaners available so our service got delayed twice. Then only one cleaner turned up. The service was poor quality and our rental agency came back with a huge list of things that were not done properly. Then we could not get in touch with the customer service line since their mailbox was full. They rescheduled us twice now to come in and fix their mess. The scheduled appointment was NOT MET and they DID NOT turn up at the rental agency to pick up

I must share my experience as I’m sure more people are motivated to put up a negative experience rather then a good one. These guys were amazing. They arrived on time, the team were well mannered and spoke English! My oven was in a terrible state and it came up looking like new, I didn’t expect it to look so great! The house clean was better then I could have imagined. The whole experience was great. Highly recommend these guys! Don’t listen to the haters. Rick came and cleaned our house on Monday and I just wanted to commend him for doing a superb job. We were extremely happy with the result, as he worked so hard and on his own to meet the deadline. After engaging this company for a vacate clean, I received a call from my property manager who was furious at how dirty my apartment had been left. The bathroom / toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, the floors still had footprints, there were handprints on the walls, the oven not cleaned, the list goes on. The cleaner also took the keys home with him which meant I couldn’t hand them back to the property manager on time and was charged an extra days rent.
They did offer to send the same person back but not only did I not have time as I had to vacate the property, but I didn’t want to risk

I've never experienced such unprofessional, disorganised and destructive service from any business from any country in my entire life!!
First of all, the cleaner Rajan forgot half of his cleaning products and had to leave and return. He returned hours later but had forgotten his carpet cleaner and had to leave and return for a third time, resulting in 4 hours of my day just waiting for Rajan. I left my apartment once he had finally returned for the third time and when I returned there was smashed glass EVERYWHERE. The cleaner had ran his vacuum into my glass

Particularly that they outsourced not only the apartment clean but the carpets to different sub contractors so I was dealing with three people for one job. First they called me on a Saturday of a long weekend saying they can’t do my Tuesday booking and asked for… Wednesday instead. I said no as I was returning the keys that day and this had been booked for a week. Then the cleaner was late and the carpets had been missed quoted so they wanted to charge me more. To their credit the company split the difference

Absolutely appalling - to start with we were called 2 days before our moving date saying they could not complete the clean on the day we had booked weeks earlier and (without apology) said they could only come the following day. You would think someone in the business of vacate cleaning would know you need to return the keys and that there is no… flexibility. After having to negotiate a time that worked for them and not us they sent one person to do the entire clean by themselves - when we went back to the property the place was sopping wet, still dirty and the cleaner had emptied the carpet

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Paid money to this company before cleaning could commence on the understanding that everything would be cleaned properly as per the items / work stated on the invoice. The floors were not cleaned at all. The reason I hired someone to come do a deep clean was because I am 9 months pregnant and wanted assistance with… cleaning before the baby comes and I have no energy to do it all myself. I ended up having to do the floors myself the following day which took me almost the entire day.
I messaged them advising them of this and also took pics but all they said

We organised a quote and booked on Thursday as we were happy with the pricing compared to other company’s. We confirmed the booking for 7:30am today (Sunday) only to be sitting here waiting. Trying to call the number for it to not go through, also proceeded to message to… still get no response.
It may say you’re closed yet you still allow for people to book on a Sunday?
Not happy, we have now been left we no carpet cleaner, and no vacate cleaners as this is so last minute now.

Young girls with minimum cleaning equipment. Yes the property is a large old two storey house but the final rent inspection did not pass, it was NOT up to anyone’s vacate cleaning standards.
$800 + later and the cleaning of walls are not included which they failed to mention by the way, to the point where… I made countless phone calls and an email with a list of what needed to be re-done! Might I add the first time I called they offered to do a ‘touch up’ if need be, as if to say they knew it wouldn’t be a good

I choose Perth Vacate as they had good reviews and seemed professional and organised admin wise. When the ‘team’ arrived they had minimal cleaning equipment on them (which was later refelected in the end of lease inspection) Paid $590 for a end of lease clean which is more expensive for the least impressive clean I’ve ever seen. There was an… offer to go back for a ‘touch up’ which was going over almost everything they said they would look after in the first place, but in my 10 years+ of renting I have never once had to send a company back for a ‘touch

The cost of our two bedroom house clean was $529! The standard of the clean was subpar at best. It would have been fine had the job been exceptional but alas it was not.
Floors in the bathroom and laundry were not cleaned to a professional standard. Staining was left on the bathroom floor to me to deal with on the morning of handover to the landlord. When I messaged the supervisor I was told "Sorry, can't help on this." (Photos of our "clean" floors and shower attached)
Furthermore, I was originally quoted at $365 for the job and then on the day a whole heap of "extras" were required. I was stuck

I would highly recommend finding another company. I spent over $500 on a vacate clean, and the place was still a mess. I even went to the effort of getting a second company to come in and… do the floors again costing me more money.
I sent emails with pictures and an invoice from my realestate in regards to the extra cleaning costs that this company did not bother to do.
And on top of this after sending and email to Perth vacate cleaners about problems. They were kind enough never to reply to my email.
