Alarmquip offer data and telephony services in conjunction with our security solutions. By utilising WIFI bridges and high speed data backbones we're able to delivery custom security solutions. Using a peer to peer WIFI bridge allows for Ethernet based communication between two points over long distances.
Intercom/access control systems are available with options of one call station & one hand set to multiple call stations with hundreds of handsets. Intercoms are available in audio only or audio and video facilities. These intercom systems can be connected to electric doors, gates or electric locking devices.
A fault light is appearing on my alarm keypad or my office camera is not displaying but my other cameras are. Can you provide any photographs or documents that may allow our technicians to better diagnose the issue? Taking a photograph of your alarm keypad, CCTV monitor or intercom componentry can greatly assist our technicians in knowing what equipment to bring, ensuring the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

I do some cleaning at the office of Alarmquip Security Systems and I just have to say that the owners Kate and Evan are both very nice people and go above and beyond even to just us cleaning their place, it is always a pleasure dealing with them both, we feel welcomed and I can only imagine them to be amazing at looking after their clients aswell.

Our electronic beam and bell is announcing visitors coming up our driveway. It stopped working. The technician from Alarmquip arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and courteous and found the problem quickly. He replaced the transformer and all was well. We are very happy with the response of the office staff and the work of the field technician.

I recently required a service on our system which was carried out by Daniel. He arrived on time, was personable and able to fix all the issues professionally and promptly. The price was around what I had anticipated.
My only issue was the short notice given for the call out day and time which would be a problem for all those that are working and not able to be home at such short notice. Otherwise the communication by text, phone and email is very comprehensive. This is why we have relied on Alarmquip for over 15 years.

Their tech Logan is absolutely excellent in talking you through what work he is doing, explaining why he has done it and hints and tips how to troubleshoot pin pad issues we experienced.
