Gunn Building is a locally-operated family business. The owner, Simon Gunn, is a licensed builder with extensive experience. He comes from a family of builders and chose to follow in their footsteps, He served his apprenticeship under a local builder that specialized in renovations. He has been working on bathroom and kitchen renovations ever since.
He lives in Canberra with his wife and four sons. Services
Asbestos - An asbestos check will be performed on every bathroom. If found, asbestos removal will incur an additional cost of approximately $1700 to standard bathroom packages. Bathroom prices are based on a floor area of 4.32m2 (room dimensions of 2400mm x 1800mm) Larger bathrooms will incur an additional cost of $650 per m2 of floor area.
We are very happy with the renovation Simon made of our bathroom. He is creative, committed, hard working, easy to talk to and delivers a very high quality product. He helped us design the new bathroom and proposed a very innovative solution to the problems we needed him to fix, he advised on colours and fittings, and worked to a very high standard.

Simon would have to be one of the nicest, honest, reliable tradies we have ever worked with. Being self employed, we work with a few. His prices were reasonable and the quality of the work outstanding. The trades he associates with all delivered to the same standard. We are delighted with a bathroom and ensuite renovation and are planning our kitchen. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone else. He's a gem.
