Rang the mobile number and the guy I talked to was very helpful and upfront about costs and what bang you get for your buck. Once confirmed, I was contacted within hours with what the problem was on the roof and was given a price. The repair was carried out that same day with prompt invoicing, with the price as was quoted. I will definitely use them again when the grand-kids break more tiles getting their f&^%$#g balls off the roof.

Roof Doctors gave me an excellent price, and did an excellent job of renovating my ugly 60 year old, faded and dirty red concrete tile roof. The roof is now painted in a cool off-white (Surf Mist) and looks like new. I'm looking forward to the benefit of the heat reflective paint when we hit the summer heat waves. They were polite, responsive, helpful, informative and friendly, and did a very thorough job of preparation. Thank you all.

Organised to have roof tiles re-organised and replace any broken, gutters fixed/replaced, downpipes replaced and full clean of tiles and gutters. Roof doctors came and quoted and spoke of guaranteed no roof leaks or they'll come and fix it free etc etc. now 6 months down the track and they still haven't called me back after numerous messages about leaks and not finishing an eve that they damaged... Would not recommend them, very disappointed after the money I handed over to get the job done.

Had a roof leak for over 20 years at my house - had numerous people out to look at roof without any success - contacted Roof Doctor who sent out someone same morning in pouring rain - they diagnosed problems and several days later made repairs - no more roof leaks. Great job - very happy.

The good:
Quick response.
Someone came out to fix my roof within a couple of hours.
The job appears to have been done competently and the roof is fixed and no longer leaking through to my ceiling.
They offer a warranty for 1 year for their work.
The bad:
A flat fee structure meant that for a job which took 30 minutes and for which I supplied the tiles I paid $577.50 (inc GST). The rates are more than double what my medical specialist charges on my annual visit and what a plumber quoted to clear my blocked drain.
Bottom line: Would I use them again? Maybe if I was desperate and had an urgent

Trying to find someone to fix the ridge capping, googled online, found Roof Doctors' good reviews, then I decided to give a go and have a try. The job they did for me was so professional, quick & efficient. It did give me a big "WOW"! Yesterday I found bit of water stain at the corner of the fourth bedroom, I rang Jeremiah tonight, he popped in 20 minutes later and got it fixed for me without any additional charges. What a good man to deal with !!! Honest, reliable and descent. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who would like to get their roof fixed. Just go for it, attaching those
