Grown from air conditioning installation, repair and maintenance services, NCG Air Conditioning is now a HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and mechanical services specialist with its headquarter in Melbourne and expanding into other states. Air conditioner installation technicians are very experienced, and the electrician is extremely professional. Am happy with their work. I would use them again. On 2 days' notice they came out and quoted on a Saturday morning. Price for the purchase and full installation of the split systems was reasonable and the quotes were all inclusive, with no hidden additional costs.
Under the new laws rental providers (previously referred to as landlords) have certain responsibilities for gas and electrical safety. Rental provider must undertake gas and electrical safety checks every two years, and smoke alarm safety check yearly. Additionally, rental providers must keep, and be able to produce, records of gas, electrical and smoke alarm safety checks conducted at the property.

Even during these tough times, they maintained a clear line of communication at all times and allowed us to complete the job quickly and efficiently . Great place to buy all air conditioning needs. I found the NCG Air Conditioning team to be very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were provided with a quality product an excellent customer service from quote through to installation. The technician, Kingsley came out to inspect the house on time and recommended a heating and cooling system that suited the size of the house and our needs. Helen, from the office was friendly and helpful in making the bookings and keeping us informed. The installers did an outstanding fantastic quality work.

I had a 2.5kw unit installed earlier this year in January by two NCG installers. The unit had stopped cooling within 2 months, I had other tradesman come in to look at the work done and they said to me: "these can't be done by a professional, what a joke!"
I did some digging and the workers names did not match the plumbers name on the appliance certificate so I am led to believe this company is full of unlicensed tradesmen (They spoke very poor English too).
I do not recommend having NCG install your aircon unless you want something that will break within the year. These guys are the most dodgy
