Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. I called Lone Star for an estimate on wiring a furnace. Another company had begun a wiring overhaul, but didn't finish. I also needed a light fixture installed.
They came to give the free estimate 2 days after I contacted them (they would have come sooner, but I wasn't in a hurry, since it wasn't an emergency). They found issues that other companies hadn't found and gave an estimate on the same day. (After a different company told me they needed a full day of billable work to evaluate and offer me an estimate.) They showed up on time to do the work and it was completed in 4 hours. They installed

We had Lone Star wire a new electrical box with new fuses, add the wiring of outside lights and an outside outlet, and do all the wiring for a hot tub. We paid them cash. We have had nothing but trouble. The outside GFI plug kept switching off. It's been replaced 3 times, twice by Lone Star. The electrician who replaced it today waterproofed the housing and pulled a ground wire out of the wall to attach it to the plug. DUH! In too big a hurry to attach a ground wire? I received a quote over the phone to install a chandelier in my kitchen. The pricing was reasonable, so I booked an appointment. An hour before the appointment, I received a call to confirm prior to the electrician arriving. The electrician arrived at the exact appointed time (very rare these days). The work was done professionally and I'll be calling these guys back for any electrical work needed in the future.

We bought a new house and the electrical equipment hadn't been updated since the house was built in '83. Half our lights would go out in the rain. We found out we had to replace the entire external electrical system (breaker box and meter)! Not only did Daniel from Lone Star give us a quote that was less than two other companies, but when they did do the work, you could barely tell any work was done! They used the existing holes in the wall to secure the wiring and box, and cleaned up all the grounds afterwards! I would definitely go with Lone Star the next time we need electrical work.

You guys were amazing, It did not matter I called really late at night I was able to talk with one of your representatives to set up my appointment for the next day to fix my electrical wiring. Next morning they were at my place on time to check what was going on with my house!!, the let me know the quote to which we all agreed and they made the good job done without hassles .
