Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Gordon swapped out the tiles that he was supposed to use for some poor quality tiles he used on a previous job. The tiles we ended up with were all different colours and looks terrible. Gordon refused to replace the tiles or rectify the issue in any way. I would not recommend this business to anyone
