Our house used in-room gas heaters which I was unhappy about because of the health issue of the fumes. Nick proposed using two multi-head split systems for heating which will also provide cooling in the summer. The proposed arrangement was selected to minimise external ducting and the compressors were selected for their heating efficiency as well as a cash back offer to minimise the cost. The reverse cycle gives about four times as much heating to a room as a conventional electric fire for the same amount of electricity and is also about a quarter of the cost of using gas heating. Josh and Lewis did a fantastic job of installing my 5kw split system. They arrived on time, inspected the site carefully, run me through the process and got my consent before starting the job. Dealing with the Swift team was a positive experience from the start. Nick was great to deal with to discuss our needs and he maintained a great level of communication throughout as we had a couple of interruptions to our planned installation timing. The quote provided was very competitive. Goran, Nathan and Josh were very impressive on the day. They were polite and respectful at all times and clearly enjoyed striving to do their best, working hard to overcome any issues encountered.
