I am extremely NOT happy with your service today.
I wanted to get my roof inspected before storm comes as this house is more than 10 years.
This morning a grumpy looking old guy came and asked me why he was here (what?). I explained that I wanted to get my roof inspected. And he asked if there was any leak I said no.
Then he said "You cannot call someone to have a look for nothing it's usually cost money. Do you understand what I am saying?"
I was literally stunned. Then he added "If the house is under 20 years old there is no problem."
How does he know? He didn't even glance at it.
