As the leading air conditioning company in Sutherland Shire and Wollongong, we can design and install the perfect ducted air conditioning system for your home. A ducted system provides your entire home with cooling, heating and humidity control. It operates from a central location usually in your roof.
Split Systems have the main unit with controls and fan inside your home or office and the compressor is installed outside. Split systems are efficient in directing warm or cool air to where it is required. They are ideal for providing a single room, or multiple rooms (see multi split system). Daikin wall mounted air conditioners are a natural choice for people wanting the comfort of a unit that blends unobtrusively with its surroundings.
The multi split system is basically a single outdoor compressor unit connected to up to nine indoor system units. So you can control individual rooms as and when required. This improves comfort but also saves on running costs as wastage is eliminated by only air conditioning rooms as and when required.

From initial contact to post installation support this company was a pleasure to deal with. the owners and installers are all friendly and professional and highly recommended. we replaced an old split system with a new daikin split system. the installer (phillipe) kept a very clean and tidy worksite and was totally professional.

Recently had my Daikin A/C fixed under warranty and Alpha and Omega (who installed it originally) were excellent. The technician who came out (Phillipe) was responsive, communicative and did his best to isolate the problem quickly and efficiently. After finding the problem it took a week to source the part and install. Again Phillipe was excellent and there were no issues at all with it all covered under the warranty. Honestly couldn't recommend them any higher.

Many years prior - we required Alpha & Omega AC to relocate our outdoor unit to accommodate for some construction. This task was competitively quoted and completed professionally. Hence when our ducted system failed at a very inconvenient time - we called upon Alpha & Omega AC once again. The task was again professionally quoted and completed. Alpha & Omega recently replaced our very old ducted aircon with a brand new one from Daikin.
Joel, the lead engineer onsite, was well organised and highly experienced. A number of complexities were handled with ease and he took the time to answer and address all of my queries and concerns which I really appreciated.
Glenn also kept me informed of progress over the 3.5 days it took to complete the work and when we later noticed a small leak from the outside units drain pipe he promptly scheduled an engineer to come and resolve the (minor) issue.
Overall the work was completed to a high standard

We had 2 Daikin split systems installed and the installation was completed in a very professional manner. I am very happy with the service and team from Alpha & Omega. From inspection to estimate to installation they were professional, timely and friendly. I am also delighted that I followed their recommendation to switch to the "iZone" (a WiFi-controlled room-zoning system) at the same time as they added the lower floor to our built-in AC system in our home.
