Terrible customer service from receptionist on first contact, then we were not advised by her of the $165 call out fee until we were asked for a credit card on the day.
Simple quote took over a week to be suppled and was much more expensive than alternative quotes.
Would not price match to like for like quotes received.
Not a great experience. Would not reccomend.

Booked in 2 aircon installs. Guy called and I talked how really needed install before xmas. Texted day before scheduled as i had not received a final quote as one they gave was a lot higher than 20 others i called but none had availability. Kept adding on prices like removal ect.. he said he was booked and couldnt do it, then really rude . Dont recommend at all . More expensive than the rest and completly unprofessional.
