A troll office, they keep your order for a minimum 3 weeks. They advise they will deliver in a week. Next they change their mind and inform that furniture is coming from an another planet it will cost 400$$$ extra on top of 100$ Flat fee for metro Victoria. Totally frustrated and waste of time.

The warehouse processed the order very quickly but the freight company, Allied Express Transport, negligently provided poor service. The shipment returned to the freight company as driver made lame excuse that the address couldn't be found. I had to call them up to arrange redeliver and it took weeks to get the product from the order date.
