Even though they are located in the complete opposite direction to where I live, Jacqui from the start was great to deal with, informed me about the time frame of the job and kept me in the loop in regards to any delays.
Thank you to Mick and Vanessa also who helped with any concerns or issues I raised if you can call them that.
I would definitely go out of my way to bring my car back to these guys again.

I recently had an accident in my Toyota Hiace hitop van when a third party rear ended me. 10/10 Experience from Mick and Vanessa's business! They have now repaired 2 of my cars and both repairs have been exceptional. Most defiantly should be anyone's go to repairer for the best quality. Full car colour respray with custom colour was amazing with no problems at all!

Great experience all round. Mick was very accommodating in quoting for repair to a car park bangle, even though he was not "officially" open. Everything happened in the way and the time frame he suggested. Ultimately the quality of the job was simply first class.
Talking to Mick when I picked up the Jeep, I was impressed with his customer-focused attitude, and the clarity that he could convey about his business being built on providing a quality job and quality service. That was certainly my experience, and I am very happy.

I could not have asked for better service and treatment, From the minute I got them to look at my car till my car was ready to give back to me 10/10 service. I drop my jeep off for them to do a quote only and before they new they had the job they pushed in my bonnet and took one of my lights out so it would not get any further damage. Mick the owner is lovely and help me out with all question and concerns and didn't make me feel stupid for being a girl. I would recommend Solden to everyone :) oh and my car looks GREAT.
