Buying a new home? Don't risk heartache and make sure you get a pre-purchase termite inspection. If you're applying for finance on your home, banks and financial institutions won't accept your loan application unless you have this paperwork. The inspection is a relatively simple process, taking roughly one to two hours.
Globally, you'll find 16 families of fleas, with about 2380 species. In Australia, we have 90 different species from nine of these families. The adult flea needs a blood meal (your pet, for example) in order to produce fertile eggs (40-plus per day), which then fall off the animal and drop to the floor, carpet, bedding, etc.
Ant nests are generally found in the ground, wood or under rocks, although ants can also nest in walls, fireplaces, under paths and in buildings. To obtain a quote for ant treatment and poisoning, in Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Port Macquire, or anywhere on the Mid North Coast, we require a thorough inspection to assess any infestations.
There are only four families of silverfish found worldwide, consisting of about 370 species. In Australia, just two of these families are represented with 28 species present. Complete Pest Control use non-toxic Borax or Boric acid and sugar solution to kill silverfish. To capture silverfish, leave a whole peeled potato or a wet cloth with plaster on it overnight next to the areas known to harbour silverfish.

Called Complete Pest Control in as we fpund an active agressive termite infestation. Job wasn't completed and the boys left saying they would be back in a couple of days. Invoice was emailed the next day with subject line "service completed". Two weeks on and no one has shown up to finish the job. When I call the number it diverts to a mobile to leave a voicemail but no one has returned my calls.
It's a big job and they are not getting my thousands of dollars they quoted until it is finished.
Giving them a week and then it's on to someone else to finish it.

I've waited on multiple days for a termite inspection. No response from leaving a message on their mobile phone and office phone has been disconnected. I left messages days prior to the service day asking to confirm a time with no response.
Only to find out two hours post the appointment that it had been rescheduled for next week from the strata management team after I called both them and the pest control company multiple times. I had an appointment at midday and the only response I received was after 2pm and only after I called twice to find out what was going on.

Had a great guy named Ben do our annual pest spray today and he was prompt and professional. Can’t recommend this company enough. Every year we receive the best service. It’s always a little strange having someone in your home but I’ve never felt this with the complete pest control team all the staff are very mindful and respectful in your home! Big recommendation from me!

We used Complete Pest Control for our 4 bedroom, 2 living area home and had a Deluxe Pest Spray. After 2 weeks, we did not see one live critter in our home for quite a long time. The technicians were very polite, well mannered young men. They truly are a credit to the company!

The company seems to be fairly well organised in terms of having a decent customer management system to book jobs and file customer data. They are also punctual and seem to follow up well. My biggest criticism is the quality of their pesticide. I have had a few jobs done by these guys and it never seems to properly eradicate cockroaches and ants. They seem to disappear for 2-3 weeks after a treatment and then come back. I have followed this up with complete pest control and they did offer another complementary spray which was good of them but as the problem does persist I can only think that they
