The duo who were assigned a job for my rental were supposed to call ahead to confirm I would be present at home as I have a tight work schedule. They turned up loudly banging on the door just as I happened to be stopping by. I then had to completely throw my day out the window to accommodate them and greatly inconvenience colleagues and clients.

Water was pouring out of the bottom of hot water system....called Wilsons and he was there within 20 minutes...he made a call and ordered me a new one, it was delivered and installed by 2pm that same day (with time to pay), I was very pleased!
That was a month ago, today I called about my gas heater, on explaining the problem he told me to call the gas company and what to ask- without charge. Again....very pleased!! Top notch service, friendly and helpful!
