Wow, what a great experience; from planning to the build I always felt that I was being heard. We are really happy with the result, we can now use the space around our house in any weather, it has increased our living space so much. From start to finish Altec were amazing! Andrew the designer was so patient and really listened to what was important to us and stayed in our budget. The communication from the booking office was spit on and finally Mitch did such a fantastic job building the patio. We love our new outdoor space, couldn't recommend the whole team more highly!

Process was simple and we were kept updated.
1 thing we didn’t like was that we requested a quote during a sale and the salesman was unable to provide us the usual price and then the sales price. He said that he only saw the sales price in the system. Made it feel like there was not an actual sale and that the wool was being pulled over our eyes.
Lots of communication and very easy process. Would definitely use Altec again.

Patio was built on time and the office staff were fantastic in keeping us up to date with the process. The 2 blokes who constructed it were very professional and friendly. I would recommend Altec to anybody wanting a patio or pergola. We won't bother calling anybody else when we build out the other side of our property in the future.

Altec have just recently built a roof over an existing deck at our house. We could not fault the experience of dealing with this company. The salesperson Kylie that came to our home was a delight to work with. We were kept updated on progress leading up to the build. The builders Joel and Shane, that installed the roof were such a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly and polite but were so experienced with what they were doing. Their workmanship and obvious pride they take in their work was wonderful. They even suggested ideas to make the build more aesthetically pleasing with the positioning

Thanks to Altec our new patio looks amazing. They did an incredible work on our patio. Amazing customer service, they were always getting in touch with us when we had questions or concerns. They were quick to solve any issues, they helped us a lot - everyone on their team that we spoke to or dealt with were great especially Andrew Robinson thank you for everything you done for us - excellent customer service🙂, very polite, patient, understanding and very helpful. The whole process of having our new carport built with Altec was professional and efficient. From the amount of time that was spent with our first meeting with Floyd...discussing styles and then roofing choices to the final construction we were kept informed. Our builder Brady was fantastic, solving any little issues on the go culminating in a improvement that we are proud of and that is sure to add value to our home! Great work guys!

Had paid a 10% deposit of $450 with Altec to construct a backyard patio, subject to body corporate approval. I was told I could "refund" if I couldn't proceed. When I notified Altec I had to cancel, I received an email to say they had done 4 hours of construction work @$55/hr (I never gave the go-ahead for the job), and had done 3 hours of admin job @$50/hour (i.e. a few phone calls to me to confirm whether I was going ahead or not). In total the "refund" was $80 of the $450 deposit.
