Leading the team is Managing Director John Ridley, Construction Manager David Anable along with Project Manager Paul Wildman. These three directors have a combined 65 years experience, providing expertise as well as taking a top down approach, providing strong leadership for the company and influencing employees to maintain the highest standard of work.
ARW have a number of options when it comes to home and land packages. As a small company we provide a more personalised service than larger project home companies. If you have any questions or issues whilst your home is being built or after you move in we will be on-hand to provide helpful information and advice.
A helpful hint before you start: Have your finances organised up front. Find out what you can afford and stick with it. Gaining pre-approval from a financial institution can be a helpful way to ensure you stick to your budget. Home loans, mortgage insurances, interest rates and assessing your financials can be confusing.
HELPFUL HINT: If you are unsure on the purchase of land, or the suitability of the block of land for the style of home you are looking to build talk to us. With over 65 years combined experience we are more than willing to offer advice. There are a number of government grants available to assist individuals in purchasing their new home.
