We needed repairs due to a leak upstairs and crack repairs from foundation work. Sammy and Javier really took care of us and actually completed the job early! Their quality of work is so good that I cannot even see where the repairs were made. We even were able to choose a new color for our bedroom, and it looks great! I highly recommend Phillips Home Improvements.

I do not like giving negative reviews but felt I needed to for people who don't get multiple bids. I had a simple job that needed a bathroom fan exhaust vent to go through the roof. A Phillips salesman came to my house and gave me a bid of $936 to do the job. Knowing this job would take less than 20 minutes and materials would only be $29, I called another roofing company that came out and bid the job at $210. They actually ended up installing 2 exhaust vents for only $325. It took them less than 30 minutes to install both vents. Just saved enough money to go on a week vacation. Please always get

I had Phillips do exterior painting then gutter installation a few years ago. I needed some changes made on the system and Mark was right on it getting the addition and changes made. Because of the great warranty the pitch on a section has to be corrected and he's got me in the system as soon as possible. I have also contracted Phillips to do interior painting and removal of the old popcorn ceiling. I'm looking forward to the excellent service I've had in the past

Home Improvements are often a pain, but not with this company. Ernie - my sales rep, and Geo and Ray - my work supervisors, made this a simple process. Painting of the house is beautiful. Alot of attention to detail. They did what they said they were going to do and did it well. Hard working paint crew. The gutter installation was so smooth and quick I almost did not know they were here. I will definitely call Phillips again. Slight delays starting due to the rains we had in May, but they can't control the weather can they? Thank you!!

Replaced and painted soffits and siding. see the pictures an the POOR workmanship. I repeatedly told them about the nails you could see assured that they would be sunk in and putties over. here's the end results. they did come back and fix the front panel but nothing else said they'd be back to fix the corners...no show after several texts and calls. even sent a letter with pictures nothing, the last visit they did say they couldn't do anything about the nails because it would break the hardy panel. According to another contractor had they been installed properly they could have.
