Trilogy renovated our old and very problematic bathroom. They were always on time, very professional and gave excellent advice when it was needed. A number of issues arose as a consequence of the age of the house and they dealt with each one with a smile. It was the most stress free renovation project we have been involved with and the end result is gorgeous - highly recommend.

The Trilogy boys renovated 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, laundry and kitchen for us. Right from the outset they were fantastic. Prompt and on time with an expansive and detailed quotation the professionalism they showed us was exemplary. After accepting the quotation, they commenced and finished the job on time and on schedule throughout each phase whilst also sending us a weekly summary of the work completed and the proposed work for the following week. At all times the were friendly, courteous and respectful to our home and pets. This gave us a great opportunity to develop a friendship with them.

From the time we first met Matt from Trilogy, we were very impressed with his professional, positive and knowledgeable approach. He took time to consider what our renovation vision was and was able to answer all our queries in a patient and confident manner. The initial planning was done over a period of time, during which Matt happily met with us a number of times, until we came to a final decision about the renovation project. The team at Trilogy just completed our laundry renovation. Matt was great to deal with throughout the whole process, from coming up with space-saving designs we hadn't thought of, to going above and beyond in ensuring we had a functional toilet ahead of schedule.
The team were always on time, friendly and professional in this COVID environment. Matt sending weekly (and updated) schedules really helped our planning.
We are really happy with our end product, especially as the first renovation in our first home, and the Trilogy attention to detail in achieving this was second to none.

My project involved carpentry, bricklaying, painting, tiling, electrical. I also needed a structural engineer's report which Matt organised. Matt coordinated and managed the trades to ensure high quality work with minimum of fuss. Nothing was too hard, communication excellent and all turned up on time and as advised. Everyone was friendly and also professional. I am extremely happy with the finished job. It is top quality, looks great and is beyond my expectation.
