I requested and paid for 3 hours cleaning and wrote a list of reasonable items like cleaning skirting boards, vacuuming 2 small rugs, cleaning microwave and tidying around but completely wasted my money as none of this was done and definitely no attention to detail by this cleaner.
Whilst I was out, the cleaner left early after only 2 hours which I wouldn't mind but the 2 bedroom place still looked messy and untidy so I had to finish the job myself.
I wrote an email to the management of this company but 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a response so I guess customers satisfaction is not

Choose a different company. Hired 'end of lease cleaner' and received Rajeev's poor service. Paid $470.00 for a STUDIO bedroom clean to return to a barely changed home. Simple tasks such as windows and sink cleans could not be done.
Contacted Pristine home to arrange another clean with Ranjeev, only to be then ignored and dodge all phone calls. Emailed the company and was ignored. Best to go elsewhere. Don't expect your bond back.

Sijan & Amrik did a fantastic spring clean in my house today. I've just completed a massive project for work so have been working long hours in the office and weekends and just haven't had the time to clean my problem areas like the shower and oven. They were able to give my shower and oven a fantastic clean and save me the hassle for my upcoming rental inspection.
In retrospect, I should have hired them for an extra hour to finish the blinds and other skirting boards but all in all I'm very satisfied.

I choose Pristine Home clean because they offered great flexibility - rather than having a set set of services - they had the same team come every week (where others have different people each clean), and all my interactions have been friendly, professional and with a high degree of customer care. Bruno has been brilliant - is doing an excellent job - friendly, professional, communicates clearly, asks questions when he isn't sure and is such a pleasure to have in our home. It has been a wonderful experience, I am so glad I have Pristine Home providing our weekly cleaning service.
