Took 3 visits to get antenna working on all channels when told 1st visit all working & tuned fully.
Then positioning of security devices in wrong positions also had to come back to fix. They are still not what I asked for initially.
A couple of times I was waiting for them to turn up but they never showed up and I didn't receive a call to explain. They need to Listen to what the client is asking for.
I would not recommend them

Very unhappy about their service. They recommended products that they did not know about and couldn't get working, its took multiple contacts to get someone to come back and then when they did, they could not repair the issues promising to come back ASAP again. Never heard from them again. Multiple fails on their installations, some within 24hrs.

The installation of our air conditioner was carried out in a timely and professional manner. As usual, the installers from Coughlans were courteous, efficient and caused minimum disruption while working. Once again we have no problem in giving Coughrans our highest recommendation.

The team at Coughran are awesome, always very professional, turn up on time and ask if there is anything else they can do before cleaning up afterwards. We have been renovating an old Queenslander and have needed Coughran to come and go over a couple of months whist the renovations took place, they were great.

Coughran Electrical provided an outstanding service when i desperately needed my Air-conditioning units serviced and cleaned due to mould. The very next day my daughter woke up without allergies for the fist time in months. I highly recommend Coughran Electrical and will only be using them in the future. Very happy customer.

I can’t recommend Coughran Electrical highly enough. We have had a series of disasters recently and they have had someone to our home within hours, even after a midday call on a Friday. Each issue has been dealt with in a professional manner by their friendly electricians. This is obviously a well run business that enables the high level of service.

The interaction over the phone and email in the process of choosing the best equipment for our needs was top notch.
