Peter Selim turned up earlier than expected which was amazing. I had pet pee and makeup stains which were entirely removed and so much cheaper than other services. Definitely recommend re-use of services! Booked in a clean for my lounge room and lounges through email. Email was actioned very quickly and booked in almost straight away.

Don’t use them, they will not do the job they agreed and quoted. L 2 rooms left as is and been told he has done even I nearly paid , not even wet when I touched with hands. Then He said oh..he forgot those 2 rooms. Haha kidding me forgot 2 rooms? And then did not clean even properly and got aggressive.

DO NOT USE unless you like speaking with 2 different staff members who both tell you something very different.
DO NOT USE unless you like being told that the manager will call you back and never does.
DO NOT USE unless you like finally getting a hold of the manager and them speaking to you in a rude and aggressive tone
DO NOT USE unless you like calling and the only option is to leave your number to an answering machine so someone can call you back in 10 minutes. 10minutes turned into a 4 hour wait

I will never use their service again. I know I had pet stains and the carpet was old. However, there was no need for Ralph to come in and make a big deal about it. I was very insulted!!! Also was quoted $112 and then he told me it would be $220 and he wasn't even here for an hour. Never again!!!

Truck mount tony did a wonderful job!!! Got out the toughest stains on our cream white colored carpet ! Including a makeup stain and tough dust in the edges of the walls where it had built up overtime! We chose the scent jelly bean for the scent at the end and it smelt divine (like a new shop) fresh and sweet. Ask for his name ! You won’t be disappointed he’s reasonable and a real professional he knows his stuff
