Fantastic service! Alex came to our home and spent several hours with us. No question was to difficult. He helped set up all the rebates. The electrician team that did the install were amazing. Again explaining everything, helping set up apps etc. Would highly recommend Allstar and the team they work with. Very happy with service and follow up service too.

Overall a pretty good experience. Sales and pre-installation communication was very good. I had a few minor issues with the installers (who are a third party) and the communication post installation understanding of what I need to sort out with my retailer. That being said these issues were minor and I would recommend to others.

We had been wanting to get Solar for a couple of years but the number of suppliers on the market was a bit overwhelming. We responded to a Facebook Ad for AllStar and honestly we couldn't be happier. From the initial consult with Alex, to the booking of the install with Jack and then the installers on the day, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Such transparent and honest communication - so appreciated!

Allstar Energy were legit from the get go. The customer service we received was excellent - Alex, Jack and the team were great and provided us with all the info we needed to make getting solar easy. It was a big decision for us, but the team answered all our questions and gave us everything we needed. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Highly recommend Allstar Energy Solutions. My first contact was from Charlotte who organised the Zoom meeting. Met Alex on Zoom who went through the whole Solar discussion and was informative, detailed and went through options and recommendations. I was happy with the quote and Jack organised the installation date and did the follow ups. They all answered my endless questions without fail. The installers did a fantastic job too - nice and neat install. I was also happy with the Tier 1 solar panels and inverter that are well supported here in Australia. Keep up the great work Allstar!! Such a great service from the first call to installation and sign off. The consult was very informative, friendly and not ‘pressuring’ for the sale like I have found other companies. The install team were great too. The manager worked with me on getting spare tiles for the roof as I hadn’t been able to source any due to the 5km restrictions- a real above and beyond service which I am so grateful for. Very happy with the team. We had the sign off last week for power and now I’m looking forward to the energy bills coming right down! Thanks Allstar

Just purchased my first home and decided to have solar installed. Alex spent 3 long calls with me as I had so many questions and he was very patient. Communication from Jess regarding installations and rebates was also great. The install took less than a day and the men that came were so friendly and left no mess. Haven't had my first bill yet but my AGL app showing I'm only spending around a dollar a day on my bills!! Will be recommending to my friends!
