When you build with us, the person you talk to during look what i observed planning and design, is the actual builder responsible for all aspects of construction - from plans, permits and construction, to handing you the keys.
Your Builder will generally provide maintenance for up to 13 weeks from when you take occupancy of your home. Yes, your home will fit on the concrete or timber floor. It may appear too small, but this is a popular misconception at this stage of construction. No, we cannot hand over our builder's master key at any time.

VJAS recently joined 2 buildings together for us with a new breezeway, built a new deck between the 2 buildings and renovated a 2nd deck. They also performed many other jobs associated with renovating an old building. It was a pleasure having Victor and Jamie working for us. They did a top Job with high attention to detail. They go the extra mile to please their customers.
