On holidays and had a waeco fridge break down. Travelling around QLD this was not ideal. With only a few hours notice the Allchin team got it fixed and got us back on the road. As an authorised repair for dometic it was all under warranty and the Allchin team took care of everything! Can't thank you guys enough for the quick friendly service!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
There was a very unprofessional job done on my building. Cold air was leaking into our roof cavity after the installation, and the company failed to identify or rectify it. This was only identified after we resorted to calling in another company to sort out the problem. Please see pictures attached.

Critical: Responsiveness
Very rude lady, we had water poring in our van after their poor work, too busy to come and help us, this is second time it’s done it, very unprofessional and rude almost calling us liers, have contacted Dometic to advise of poor service. Sue needs to do a customer service course or give up work.

Unprofessional, false promises, my advice is stay clear of this business... They don't care for their clients....promised they would be out and did not show up!!!! Warning... Sue is unprofessional, rude and un-cooperative. They care nothing for helping there clients and Sue will talk over the top of you!!!!

I can't comment on the service technician but I can say that Sue was so rude I cancelled the appointment. When I rang my real estate they said that this wasn't the first time they have had issues. Unless you can have your phone on you to take their call as they make their way (4 hrs late) to your home, they put you back at the end of the list. They don't answer their phone - office or mobile, and when you do finally get Sue on the line she accused me of lying - saying I didn't call.
