My family spoke to Steve, Niwash emailed a quote on Tuesday, was competitively priced, installed and running by Friday 1130am. Installers cleaned up after themselves! So good they took all the old parts including the remote and holder which I had wanted to keep but forget to tell them! Otherwise, will definitely use them again! Thanks!

By far the worst company I have used. Disgusting customer service by the owner, Steve, and even worse treatment of women. I will never support this behaviour, there are far better local businesses worthy of my business. It's not worth the hassle, they are nice to your face when you're spending money, but completely different when it comes to after-sales 'service'. The owner has become far too arrogant for his own good, and openly refuses to come out to warranty jobs because he "doesn't need the business", regardless of consumer rights - which he has no interest in. Had an appointment booked in for 1pm, took time off work and they didn't show up. Called the business and they acknowledged the booking but said they weren't coming anymore and to find another warranty agent. Extremely poor behaviour from a local business that I have previously had a positive experience with (when I was purchasing the aircon), but completely different when I needed support when the unit wasn't working and is under warranty.
