Well, we used their service many years ago when we were in the previous business and they sure did a good job. That’s why I considered them first this time, for some installation. And yeah, Jeff (supposed is the owner) did come by got a estimate in a time manner, was told would get email for details and price info. But after that I never ever heard from him again. It’s been almost a week. We rarely got a several-day’s off to work on our house and now we just don’t have more time to find someone else to start again. I don’t understand why he didn’t even give me any response if he didn’t

They showed up a little earlier than on time and the two guys was awesome!!!! They was very great at everything they did. One of my lines wasn't ran the right way and they came up with came up with a better way of running the line and they had it fixed in no time!!!! I diff want the two same guys come back later and redo all my old plumbing with the new pex. They worked great together and was very fast at what they do!!!!! I would 100% use them again and tell everyone I know about how good of a job they did for me!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

I had a hot water heater that quit working and several neighbors recommended I call Rapid Flow Plumbing. Jimmy came out and repaired it in no time. He was very efficient and such a nice person. I will call Rapid Flow for any plumbing needs and will ask for Jimmy again.

Last week we had a water leak in our basement ceiling. I called Rapid Flow on Friday but the polite office manager told me the earliest a crew could come would be on Saturday morning. I felt I could contain the leak until then so scheduled an appointment. The crew, Jimmy and Dillon, arrived at our home the next morning and quickly tackled the problem. They were professional, efficient, neat and courteous. They repaired that leak, found another one and fixed it, then repaired a third but minor issue at our request. We highly recommend Rapid Flow and plan to use them again.

These guys are good. Very courteous and professional. Jimmy and Dylan really went out of there way to locate the mystery leak. I do maintenance work and I can assure you this wasn’t a normal plumbing job,and they tackled it. Don’t hesitate to call these guys if you have any water issues 👍👍

My wife and I are remodeling our home and decided on Rapid Flow Plumbing after meeting with Jeff the owner. A friend referred us and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We had a new tankless hot water heater installed by Dillion and Jimmy. I highly recommend you request them; however, our interaction with the whole team has been an easy and stress free experience. We are also have a new bathroom installed in the basement and look forward to having the crew return.

5 Stars! Jimmy and Dillon removed one sink and replaced a faucet system in another in an old kitchen and were pleasant as well as professional. Then they heard that I had an issue with a flooded basement in my second home next door and immediately placed a heavy pump with PVC pipes they had in the truck and started moving hundreds of gallons of rain water out. Jimmy even told me he’s coming back out to check on the emergency pump he installed and replace the old sump pump which had stopped working.
