Look, these guys may be alright at protecting your home but go for someone else. Couldn't even put their hands up and admit fault when they had a drum fly off the back of their company ute and smash my windscreen. When I spoke on the phone it was deny deny deny. Tried convincing me that it came off anoher vehicle. I could of taken it further but I don't have the energy. It's frustrating because it's very poor practice. Gone are the days of honest Australians. If they're dishonest about something simply talked and worked through like a lousy old smashed windscreen, imagine what they'd be like after

I had received a follow up letter from VIP Pest Control in the mail as they'd attended our property when the house was under construction and they recommended an inspection be completed. Braidyn attended and was super, super lovely! He was friendly, on time and took the time to explain to me what he was going to be doing before he started and then took the time to explain to me the report upon completion. I used this company recently and I have to say that I was impressed with their prompt and reliable service. They came to do the job on time and in a timely matter. The technician (I think his name was Marc?) was so knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous in his work that I couldn’t go past posting this review. I honestly can not recommend VIP enough. Marc did a pre-purchase pest inspection on a property we were considering purchasing. He provided a 16 page report which we were able to use to negotiate down the purchasing price, factoring in the pest treatment and building works required at the property. So glad we decided to pay the $385 as it saved us $1,000s! Highly recommend.
