As a landscape designer/contractor, I've used Eric for at least 20 stamped concrete projects over the last five years as well as for the driveway at my own house. I've used other concrete companies in the past, and Custom Concrete Concepts is the only one I call anymore. Their work is higher quality, they communicate better, and they understand the importance of design and functionality. Completely unreliable. Signed a contract in the Spring for a driveway to be done in November. Come November, he contacted me once to arrange a date but then never followed through. I contacted him repeatedly but never heard back. Very disappointed. My goal was to have a driveway installed by end of the year. Had I known I couldn't count on him I would have sought out another contractor.
