Yes, we can negotiate a payment plan but such arrangements will need to be finalised before the service has commenced. The chemicals we use are registered to be applied in hospitals, schools and public places. We do however recommend that you stay indoors whilst your pest treatment is being applied.

We had Scott come out a few days ago to help with a pretty serious Ant infestation. Scott was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave us some handy advice. He is an asset to the business for sure! As for the booking system online it was very easy to use and took about 2 minutes total to book in. Will definitely be using Allpest if we have any pest issues in the future. 2 Days post treatment and the problem seems to be fixed.

I wanted to get some very old wooden sleepers sprayed for termites as I noticed a couple and I really want these sleepers to keep their condition for as long as possible. Not only did they arrive hours late but I came home to find they'd pulled off a big chunk of the wood I was trying to preserve. They were told where the bugs were and asked to spray it, but ended up doing more damage than the termites. I literally can't image how you could do a worse job, well done.

Unreliable! Do not recommend.Receptionist was very rude and lied about where the pest controller was, in fact, no one had any idea WHERE our pest controller was. I was 35 weeks pregnant, waiting around for over 1.5 hours in an empty rental in 36 degree heat until I received a call from management advising that the pest controller was MIA and someone else would be dispatched to do the job. No discount offered.

I have termite barrier service last month. Technicians was very professional and kind. However, the office receptionist is rude and make me feel like offender. I have booked termite service for my shed at 2pm. So I was trying to go home around 1.30pm to remove my stuff at shed because they asked me to do their job. However, the technician came 1pm and he said I need to make a re-booking for treatment because of stuff. After that, the receptionist contact me and complaint about shed condition. And she strongly demand to pay call out fee even they are not obey appointment time.

James did a great job helping us get our Flea problem under control. Explained to us what he was doing and everything that we needed to do on our side. Coming out on a Saturday morning in the heat to spray a house for pests wouldn’t be a fun gig, but we’re extremely thankful for James and Allpest. Would use these guys again and happily recommend to friends or family.
