We had our carpets previously cleaned by someone else 3 months beforehand. Once the carpets were dry they had the most awful smell. I called Rob at Elite who came to do a steam clean and sanitise on our carpets. We were told previously that the stains would never come out. Rob got the stains out and the carpet smelling fresh. 2 days on and the carpet still smells fresh. Rob actually treated the odour and not masked it.
Really happy with the service. Rob is lovely to deal with and does an amazing job. I highly recommend using Elite Carpet Care before trying anywhere else.

Robert did a marvellous job on my parents carpet and lounge suite which had not been cleaned for many years. They are in their late 90s and Robert was so respectful and kind dealing with their concerns. He did a meticulous job taking time to give a very thorough clean. It took much longer than estimated but he honoured the quote which made it excellent value for money.
He then carefully tested the cleaning of 4 pure wool latch hook rugs which were made by my mother and are very precious to us and a Persian rug. He then came back to clean them and they were returned to their beautiful original

Robert arrived at our home promptly on the 19 March 2021 to clean our two large tired sofas and also a queen mattress. - We were totally amazed at the attention to detail at how thoroughly he cleaned the couches .. He was meticulous, taking his time to work his magic. - By the time he finished it looked like we had two new sofas and the mattress was fresh as a daisy - Highly Recommend this Service and we will absolutely use Robert again

There is carpet cleaning, and then there is Elite Carpet Care's version of carpet cleaning! Exceptional work and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. It looks and smells like a freshly laid carpet with none of the pets accidents visible!
Robert is a professional and polite individual who took his time to explain options, and was thorough and thoughtful in his cleaning process.

We were utterly amazed at the beautiful results of the carpet cleaning, I had just about given up all hope of my carpets looking anything like new again, as they were very badly stained and dirty.
With Roberts expertise the carpets have come up like new.

Robert L was our guy. He did an outstanding job on our Carpets. All water mark and stains disappeared. My husband and I gave up on getting our rental bond back but have hope now with the help of Roberts magic touch. We’ve had bad experiences with a few carpet cleaning companies but I’m glad we had found Robert. Such a nice and friendly guy to work with as well. We will definitely be using this service from now on.

I was putting off having my carpets cleaned because I thought it was going to be really difficult and involve moving around lots of furniture. Not so! Robert made it really easy - he is very professional and experienced and did a great job. I'm now going to book him every year. Highly recommended.
