Total lack of customer service.
“Extremely” rude technician! Made me feel very intimidated!
People taking bookings tried to over charge me for an add-on service & they also cancelled my first booking with less than 24 hours notice (costing me money). No apology given. Sounded like they just couldn’t give a damn.
People taking the booking did not inform me of what I should do in preparation for the pest spray so I got scolded by the technician for reasons like: our cars weren’t out of the driveway and “both” side gates weren’t unlocked (I thought one side would be quite sufficient

Elite Pest Control is far from reality, their customer service is appalling, abusive staff, will not accept any form of constructive feedback. After paying for Ant Treatment we still have ants. Their mantra is to simply to get a fee from you every twelve months, The people calling to make the booking simply do not listen to their clients, insisting in talking over to top of you. Please use anyone else's services.

Do not waste your money, got these out for a rodent problem and after two weeks the problem seemed to be getting worse. I called Elite Pest and was told either the manager or owner would contact me. After waiting over a week for someone to call I gave up and got another company in problem solved within a week. Considering this was a Groupon deal the cost of the other company was around the same
