Had a really positive experience with the squeaky clean team. Called them at 7am on New Year’s Day after our apartment had extensive water damage and they were there by 10am. They were professional, talked me through every step of the process and did everything they could to fix the situation as quickly as possible. After a through 3 day job, my carpet is cleaner than before and I’m very thankful. Could not recommend them more!

The carpet cleaning was amazing! Vince was prompt and did such an amazing job with our pet stains - big thank you! Highly recommend.
BUT receptionist (I think) called Louise was lovely but difficult. A tax invoice took awhile to be sent through and it didn't even have the right name on it despite being communicated to her three times and to Vince. Still waiting for the amended invoice to be sent through so you may need some patience when it comes to admin side of things

I had a huge water leak after moving into my apartment when the removalists misconnected my washing machine. Richard immediately came to the rescue and repaired all the damage which included drying up the wooden floorboards and carpet of my apartment, my neighbours and the common area. Carpet Cleaning Melbourne one of the best!
We hd a flooded carpet in front of our washing machine last night at 10pm. We just googled for a 24/7 service and Carpet Cleaning Melbourne popped up. Richard was very patient, he guided us properly and he gave his advice freely just because he wanted to help. Instead of charging us a fortune he told us not to panic overnight and deal with the problem the next morning. He gave us solutions and we fixed the issue immediately. Very responsive very attentive.
Needless to say we will be recommending him to family and friendship and will be using his services

I cannot recommend The Squeaky Clean Team highly enough. From first contact to make an appointment, immediate attention, through to removal of the toughest stains Richard and the team go the extra mile every time. I've moved in to a large rental that has cream coloured carpets which are easily marked. They've been four times in the past month and use different techniques depending on the problem. I used squeaky clean team twice in last 18months and both time they clean my couches, the guy came first time he couldn't get any stains out and said it can't get better then this as your couches are very dirty and it become very old, i was not very impressed as what he said, but then i let it go and did not questioned him.
Then last month i book them again as i have their phone no in my phone diary, this time i spoke to a lady name Irene, she sounds very professional and i asked her send some other guy not the one you sent it last time, she suggested me bobby is the very good technician.
