Whoa, asked them to check new air con system from Harvey Norman, the problem they 'fixed' returned that night. So rang and asked them to come out and repair . They then decided it needed spare parts. Weeks later they were due to arrive. Never did. Phoned them. Too busy to even let us know they weren't arriving/ Would never recommend .

We have had a waeco fridge in there for repairs more than we have had it in our hands. One time took 5 months for them to repair it and everytime we get it back it either hasn't been fixed or there is something else wrong with it. The man behind the counter is so rude and no customer service. Very slack service and would not recommend them.

Would highly NOT recommend this service, after being quoted $60 for travel time, $120 for a part and then receiving a invoice with $190 labour, calling up next day to check labour hourly rate and being told it's actually $100 an hour, then ringing up to question why I have been charged more, and being told it's for wear and tear on tyres is PATHETIC, and then being hung up on is clearly someone who is bad at business and greedy.
