Contacted Vic to get rid of what I thought was a rat in my roof. Organised a time over and quickly and easily. He turned up and asked a few questions about what we were hearing in the roof, and identified it was most likely a possum, and also helped find a dead possum. Gave advice as to what we could do next. Was a brilliant help. So lovely to talk with. Thank you!

Best pest control service I ever had. Had one visit from another company before Vik, was told that I need to cut open ceiling to put biat to roof space. But Vik just jump onto roof top and open fees pieces of tile, and it is done. After just a week we found two dead rats near our water tank. And no scratching nice from ceiling anymore. Fantastic job. Recommended.

Vik for great with his service. I booked him for rat removal from celling. but after look his great customer service and knowledge I decide to give me annual general pest spray as well. it's so great to use same guy for everything who look after your cockroaches, spider, ant and special rat as well. Vik answered my wife's call at 9pm a few days ago and immediately arranged a visit to our house. Upon inspection he found a dead mouse in the ceiling and removed it for us. His price is very reasonable and his service and professionalism is exceptional. I strongly recommend Vik if you have any problems with rodents.

Vik was very prompt to arrive at my house to deal with mice. This is the second time he has helped us over the time and on each visit, he thoroughly investigates the house. He also takes photos of the ceiling for you, so you know what it's like up there. On his first visit, he left lots of bait up in the ceiling and on today's visit, I am happy to confirm that the bait really works. There were quite a few eaten.
