I had our large awning destroyed on our van in a big storm in Bundaberg recently , and I spent 6 hrs on the phone trying to find a annex from Bundaberg to Melbourne, rang over 30 businesses trying to purchase one . Not a hope in hell !!.
I rang Peter from this company and he went out of his way to find one for us , we were astounded that he found one for us and fitted it to van a few days later .Fantastic service and professional work by his team there .

The after sales service has to be the best I have ever come across, after having a skin replaced by an agent, it need to be replaced, so time was short for us as we were returning home back to NSW, we went to the Rvwarehouse factory, the staff are friendly it was only going to take an hour to replace, we have a slight bow in our barrel which the… awning rolls on, the new awning was not rolling up correctly well these guys worked hard adjusting and doing all they could to rectify the problem, the end result perfect in fact the awning has never been so good to roll and have such a neat roll

Very helpful. Went out of their way to Find another awning barrel because ours was bent they did not have in stock. Fully recommend. Prices are very reasonable.

Appalling company to deal with, online pricing was not honoured despite phoning them 4 times & clarifying the purchase. Was told they would honour the price & the staff member even assisted with the transaction. After taking full payment of the goods & providing a receipt, the next day the owner Ron, told the staff member to ring me & advise I would not be receiving the goods despite having paid for them. The ACCC is now involved. I also spoke personally to Ron & provided another chance for the company to do the right thing & honour the online advertising & purchase. He declined & fobbed the blame

I have been coming to RV Warehouse since I bought my RV in 2015 nothing ever is an issue they've always do great work.

We chose this company from the Brisbane caravan show 2018. We got them to build us an annex. The communication and service was spectacular. On our 3rd use we discovered the skirt part which clips onto the caravan had shrunk and couldn't be used. This is where it all goes downhill. We rang them to be told it wasn't under warranty as we have had it… near heat. It will cost us $350 to be replaced. Hand on heart it has only ever been stored in our vented van or erected in the Australian sun. They tell us they have never had this happen in 11 years of making them. If that's the case wouldn't

RV Warehouse did a fantastic job with replacing the vinyl front on our Jayco caravan with stainless checker plating. Fast, efficient, friendly, and didn't break the bank. Thank you !!!

Had a new skin fitted and roller serviced at last minute whilst their had a Safety Certificate and associated repairs done at seriously short notice. Ron and staff are so accommodating, with service like this they should do well, will be shouting their praises from the annex tops. Prices for spare parts beat the others too.
