Craig was punctual. He arrived 15 minutes early. He was able to detect the problem swiftly and he has the gadgets and supplies he needed to do the repair. No time wasted he got on the job straight away. He showed and explained to us the source of the gas leak and fixed it accordingly. He is courteous and easy to talk to.

My aircon was really acting up. I found Craig online and called him and he was really flexible to come out at a time that suited me (and arrived on time). He's a good, easy going, but still professional bloke, who knows his trade, doesn't cut corners and to explain things in a way you understand. Worth the call.

We called Craig and left a message on his voice mail and received a return phone call within the hour. Craig arrived on time and clearly explained how and why my AC unit wasn't functioning and actions needed to fix it. He gave me some good advice with regards to future purchases of AC systems especially around the makes and model that fault more often than others. He was friendly and patient with my two curious dogs. Will be using his services again in the future - if needed.

Called another air conditioning company first and they told me they would not even look at repairing the unit due to being busy with summer but were happy to provide a quote on a new air conditioning system for thousands of dollars.
Thankfully, I called Craig as he was more then happy to look at the issue and repaired it without needing to replacement it with a new model.

I approached Northside Air conditioning repairs because I was unhappy with the diagnosis I received from the first AC repairer I contacted to fix my non working A/C.
The first mechanic said my A/C could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion so I contacted Northside Air Conditioning Repairs and Craig came out within in 24 hours. Thank goodness I called because my A/C only needed more gas. A simple fix and now it works perfectly.
I found Craig excellent to deal with and very keen to impart his knowledge on how and why units need maintaining. I just wish I called him
