We have been using the services of BCG for over 4 years. As a female in the building industry I really appreciate that the male certifiers at BCG treat me with respect (this has not always been the case with other companies we have dealt with). I also really like that once we finish building a job the inspection is carried out within a week and I have the Form 21 which I can issue to our customers. This organisation is extremely difficult to deal with or obtain information, we have recently inspected a premises which we believe has been signed off with a final certificate that provides incorrect information, when contacted to discuss what they believed the correct interpretation should be we were stonewalled by the front desk receptionist.
