Valley Air managed to fit our ducted A/C replacement unit at short notice. The old unit was removed and despite holdups in getting the fan unit into the roof, the team worked back till 8pm to comission it. I am happy with the upgrade and work ethic shown.

From the start of our communications with this company it's been nothing but professional.
When our unit displayed an error 4 days out from Christmas and their office being over 2 hours away, they went above and beyound to diagnose the problem and travel to fix it. Our friends and family will be kept cool this festive season.

Valley Airconditioning is an excellent firm to deal with. They installed my ducted airconditioning on the recommendation of my builder two years ago and I have been very happy with their work. The annual follow up services have been professionally and carefully carried out by great tradesmen who practised Covid safe procedures. I can highly recommend this firm.

Up to a point they were okay. Then they installed the air ductwork out of alignment.
When I asked them to fix it the sales manager ( Mitch) was defensive and abusive .
They came to fix the problem and unbeknown to me put a secret code in my brand new unit to shut down after a certain date .
VERY UNHAPPY !!! Very!!!
Don’t deal with them .

Chris and Tom installed a replacement unit today. These guys did a fantastic job of removing a faulty unit recently installed and replacing it with a working unit. Their workmanship and professionalism can not be faulted. Thank you to Valley Air for arranging the change over of the units, so looking forward to toasty nights now. Really great job from the guys at Valley Air-Con, right from the responsiveness following filling out an online quote form, to the sales rep explaining our options to the install, all happening in under a month! The install guys were really quick and efficient and left our house clean and tidy. Have used before and would definitely use their service again
