Our in-house design team has produced a portfolio of exceptional new home designs, and we also offer custom design services using state-of-the-art design software (including 3D renderings you can view on your smartphone or VR glasses!).
Are you looking for the convenience of a house and land package? We've evaluated the land, chosen a suitable new home design, checked the details, and put together a package to make it easier to build a new home! There is still time to customise these house and land packages, and they all feature our extensive standard inclusions, like stone benchtops, quality fixtures and finishes, tiled shower niches, and three coat Wattyl ID paint.
Our Coffs Coast Display Home, located in Woopi Beach Estate at Woolgoolga, is an airy, bright family home with classic Hamptons styling. The home was custom designed to suit the uniquely-shaped block and to take advantage of the north-east aspect. The living areas and master suite benefit from the prevailing north east breezes and capture the morning sun, while being shielded from harsh afternoon glare and noise from the nearby highway.

We got to know Balance in 2016, we inspected their work and a few lengthy meetings with them. In 2017 we commissioned them to build a complex of 6 townhouses in Park Beach area. They worked with us closely, came up with innovative designs and their standard ranges are of good quality. In 2018, we commissioned them to build a set of duplex in Junction Hill Grafton. We are very happy with their build and their professional approach to build and service. One hears so many horrid stories of doggy builders, that is why choosing a good builder who will do the right thing by you is SO important. We will

We absolutely love our custom designed home built by Balance Design & Construction. In particular we were very impressed by how easy Balance made the building process for us, given we were living 1,200km away at the time. My recent experience building with the Balance Design & Construction team was a wonderful experience & one I'd definitely do again, given the chance. Our new home is just delightful, and all we had wished for! The quality of workmanship is wonderful, with any minor adjustments being done without fuss or bother. Custom made additions were constructed exactly as requested & made our house an exquisite masterpiece.

We’re currently exploring build options and have been blown away by Balance’s service and attention to detail. Nothing is too hard and even our out-of-the-ordinary inclusions are not impossible. So many builders laugh you out of the showroom when you start changing designs and options, but not Balance. We’re very impressed with Jesse’s service and definitely recommend you consider talking to Balance.
