Dealing with CBG was the worst customer service experience of my life. I was supplied with a cabin that was not fit for purpose, was not finished according to the job spec and had structural faults. CBG would not accept any responsibility, in spite of me paying them tens of thousands of dollars to build it. It subsequently cost me multiple thousands of dollars to remediate the issues. Throughout my time dealing with the proprietor I found him to be duplicitous and tricky. When I started raising issues he was initially evasive then became belligerent and aggressive, threatening to take legal action

Am super happy with my container office. It is just what I designed and the whole process was smooth and trouble free. The turnaround time was only a few weeks from initial chats to getting delivery. The Container Build Group team was consistently positive and responsive to queries and was a pleasure to deal with.The end product looks awesome and I have complete confidence I will be enjoying it for many years to come. Salesman (Temo) provided all the information I needed promptly and answered all my questions without bombarding me with an endless barrage of marketing emails. In the end we decided container construction didn't suit our very tight measurements on a small block but we may add a container rumpus later and I will definitely be contacting these guys not the competitors who bombarded me with 'buy, buy, buy' advertising.

Jamie and his boys went above and beyond to make sure our container kitchen was everything we hoped for. The end product is incredible.. Thanks guys. The process to get exactly what we wanted was made easy by Jamie and Michael being in contact regularly with updates and possible changes as we went. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a modified shipping container. Hope we can do business again in the future...
