I have used AY Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I also recommend AY Plumbing to all my neighbors in my townhouse complex. The work is top notch and the pricing is very reasonable.

I've used A&Y before and have never been disappointed. I called them today and by end of day my new tap and drain assembly for my kitchen sink and new laundry cabinet were installed. Every person they've sent out has been fantastic. This time Troy was my guy and not only was he prompt, professional & competent, but just an all around great guy with amazing attention to detail. All this, and the price was incredibly fair especially compared to another quote for the same work which I fortunately turned down. Great work, great value and nice people.

Rob came quickly and replaced our hot water system . Lovely bloke. Much cheaper than Bunnings hot water installation too!

FRAUD WARNING:
Don't let the initial low hourly price fool you. Once these guys are in your house they will rip you off for on parts reused and not installed new, overcharge for parts and hours worked.
An example, In my bill I was charged $20.00 for each $0.79 cent pipe fitting. With multiple fittings it was $100 for just $3.16 in parts.
The plumber who came into my job site is VICTOR, do not let him into your home.

Every year, I call a plumber to defrost my pipes. In the cold weather my pipes freeze and the plumbers help me. But this year, I called A and Y Plumbing and they explained to me why this happens so often. They explained that my pipes are located very close to the exterior wall and covered with drywall. They suggested to relocate my pipes and keep them exposed on the inside. It was a very smart solution and they did a great job and very professionally so that the pipes are not so noticeable in my basement. I will use their services again and I highly recommend them

I sent an E mail to A&Y on a Sunday expecting a response sometime on Monday. Alex replied within an hour of my message.
We spoke on the phone and I explained to job. To install a 3/4 inch water line from the main line to supply a jet sump water pump to act as a back up to my electric pump in case of power failure.
The job was scheduled for Thursday morning to meet my schedule. The plumber Vance showed up as expected as they called to say he was on his way. He completed the work in a clean and timely fashion. The also provided proof of liability insurance upon request. Very important as far as

This review is long overdue! I call Alex every time my husband and I have problems with the plumbing. He always provides me with a low service rate and finishes the work really quickly - his workers perform great work as well when Alex can't make it to the service himself. Keep it up!

A friend of mine had an installation done by A and Y Plumbing a couple of weeks ago, and recommended them to me. The toilet in my upstairs washroom kept clogging and I realized it was time for it to go. I usually like to do things myself around the house, but I wanted to make sure I was doing the replacement right since it was my first time. I asked the plumber that came to overlook the work that I was doing. He helped me out here and there and even taught me several of tips and tricks that I did not find online. Thank you for your help and wisdom :)

Thumbs up! My mom asked me to house-sit in Toronto and take care of her cat for a couple of days. Her kitchen tap was very rusty and squeaky so I decided to surprise her and replace it before she got back.
I found these guys on google, gave them a call, and got a plumber to come in on that same evening. He replaced the tap with the one I bought, tidied up, and even gave me a student discount!!
In general, their work is clean, professional, and quick! I would recommend this place. (and my mom was happy =) )
