I am a carer for my Mother who is a cancer patient. During a cold Winter's night our ducted heating broke down. No one would come out to help at short notice except for "Colbycool". Sarah answered my email asking for help, first thing in the morning and worked hard with "Coleman" to get someone to our house that day. "James" came out and fixed the problem after picking up parts and did a great job, also an awesome guy.

Prompt and friendly service team. The office team are on the ball and answered questions immediately and help organise the installation of new ducted heating gas burner. The installation crew were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. The in roof installation was done in about a hour. Highly recommend Colbycool, good prices, great service, excellent experience.

Recent install. A great experience all round. Sales rep was happy to answer questions and recommended a system which suits our needs well. It was installed within two weeks. The installation team were on time, professional and efficient. Very neat installation and cleaned up afterwards. They didn't leave until everything was thoroughly tested and working, had explained how everything worked and had gotten the associated app working. Would happily recommend to friends and family. Will update on long-term system performance and after sales service in the future.

I have just recently employed Colbycool Heating and Cooling to supply and fit a new Evaporative Cooler on the roof of my premises in Narre Warren. At the same time my ducted heating unit broke down.

Since 2015, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Colbycool several times. I have had 5 Daikin heating and cooling split systems installed in my home. Each experience was excellent , starting with the initial phone call to make a time for someone to come out and quote till the unit was installed. The staff at Colby cool are pleasant, prompt and professional and do a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Both our Heating and Evaporative Cooler units needed some quick attention, and the hardest thing to take was the cost of the two unit Service Call Fee ($430), which we were hoping maybe some of it may have come off the total of the New installation? Matt the Serviceman was very helpful and explained the trouble and the need for two new units, and… we agreed for the job to go ahead. The next day a confirmed booking date for the next Thursday 26th March 2020 was given to us and James and his mate arrived exactly as and when to do the job. The boys were a delight to see working together, and

I just had a new Brivis heater with an add on Actron Air fitted, the boys were awesome very perlite nothing was a hassle and very clean. Once they went to fire up the heater there was a faulty touch pad,the guys hooked up a manual switch so I still had a heater for the night. David came out the next day with another touch pad which worked, heater… fired up but air con didn’t, David check the air con unit and found the electrician wire up the unit incorrectly (not employed by Colbycool sub contractors)David then got it all sorted.Well done guys both products work well.

Excellent service from the initial consultation, the installation process through to the accounts payable. Very friendly and competent staff. The MD of the company, Coleman, was also very supportive with a minor technical issue. The service from Colbycool was so good, I used their services again for my business and the air con supply and installation process was professionally done yet again. I also used them to do a service on an existing installation and the work was done promptly. I would highly recommend Colbycool and will use them again.

We had fantastic service from this company right from the quote stage to the installation stage. The guys that came out were professional, friendly and knowledgable. We got good old fashioned service which is rare these days and a joy to have.
