I accidently rang Climatise thinking I was speaking to Climate Technologies. I was speaking to Jess for about 5 minutes before I realised. However Jess was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We have had ongoing problems with our evap unit for years and she was very patient with me while I asked question after question. She gave me all the answers I needed and also gave me the relevant phone numbers to call going forward. Jess you went over and above even though you knew that it would not lead to a sale for you. I don't normally write reviews but I really wanted to show my appreciation.

Install Split unit few week back and after first use issue with Pump, Call few times to installer but Tech visit always get cancel. No Proper response from vendor.
After few call. they send tech and indeed they fix issue by removing pump and run pipe for water, but no refund for actual pump that they suggest at time of installation. need to spend few $ to patch dry wall. Costly installation.

The knowledge and help received from the Team at Climatise has been fantastic. The split system that we purchased is perfect for what is needed. The supply and delivery of the system was super fast. Team from Climatise did just finish to install my new Boinare PEM 180 for the upcoming summer.
Great choice to choose Climatise for few reasons: honestly, price and service.
Service: Maddi was great to go thru the different options and quotes for the unit, while Danny did amazing at the install stage.
Price: great price for the quality of the unit with the installation of the outlets as this is for a long term investment.

After turning on our heating system for the first time this year, we had a strong burning smell and turned the unit off immediately. We chose to contact Climatise largely due to their great Google reviews.
We initially dealt with Jess and Amy, both of whom were polite,helpful and courteous.
Upon checking our system (which was 20 years old), we were advised to replace everything due to age deterioration.
Our whole heating system has just been replaced and we could not be happier. The installers were efficient and professional, workmanship was terrific and they were just great to deal with.

Booked an appointment for service of gas heating and split system. This process went well. Sales person Jessica C. Received tax invoice. On the day 0800hrs, waiting, waiting, waiting!!!! 0900hrs phoned and asked where the technician was, she put me on hold and came back “ there seems to be a mix up with paper work”. A technician cant be at the address until 1200hrs. No, Im so sorry for the mix up. This appointment was made on the 15/4/21. I have now made another appointment with Bayside Comfort Solutions Carrum Downs who actually text the night before with confirmation of their attendance.

Quote process was great. Once a date and time set that’s where it went south. Installers arrived some 5 hrs earlier than advised and made a huge fuss. Not my fault the girl that booked them didn’t give the time we agreed.
One unit didn’t fit on our wall so they swapped it for another brand so now we have two different brands requiring two different apps for the WiFi controls. The wifi didn’t work and the invoice was wrong so I asked for these to be fixed. They forgot and so did I-a month later I’m getting threatened with debt collectors?! I said I’ll pay the invoice if you can send

Our old Brivis ducted heating unit gave up in the middle of winter leaving us in the depths of freezing despair. I called Climatise and spoke with Jess who was exceedingly helpful and arranged a new Brivis SP521 unit to be installed within a couple of days. The job was completed over the weekend and the installers were both professional and quick, taking away the old unit and checking we were happy before leaving.
Based on my experience I would not hesitate recommending Climatise and especially acknowledge that Jess was outstanding and a great representative for the business.
